When you shop at AtelierNordisk.se, you enter into an agreement with us as the seller. These terms explain everything you need to know for a safe and straightforward shopping experience. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>

1. Orders<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order details.<\/span><\/p>

The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. Your purchase becomes binding once we have accepted the order and confirmed that it is being processed or dispatched.<\/span><\/p>

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, your purchase must be approved by a parent or legal guardian.<\/span><\/p>

You must not place an order using another person\u2019s identity or payment information without their permission. Suspected fraud or attempted financial harm may be reported to the relevant authorities.<\/span><\/p>

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment cannot be authorised, the delivery information is incomplete or incorrect, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.<\/span><\/p>

2. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

All prices displayed on AtelierNordisk.se are shown in Swedish kronor and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.<\/span><\/p>

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers.<\/span><\/p>

The total price, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.<\/span><\/p>

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, and applicable Swedish data protection law.<\/span><\/p>

4. Product Information and Errors<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, prices and availability are accurate.<\/span><\/p>

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your screen settings. Natural materials may also display variations in colour, texture and pattern.<\/span><\/p>

5. Delivery Within Sweden<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

We deliver throughout Sweden using trusted courier and logistics companies.<\/span><\/p>

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes approximately 3 to 9 business days, depending on product availability and the delivery destination.<\/span><\/p>

The estimated delivery time for each product is displayed on its product page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by seasonal demand, promotional periods, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.<\/span><\/p>

Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive tracking information by email.<\/span><\/p>

Large furniture may be delivered using a specialised carrier. Depending on the carrier and your location, delivery may be made to your address, property boundary, building entrance or nearest collection point. Any specific delivery conditions will be communicated before or during delivery.<\/span><\/p>

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.<\/span><\/p>

6. Delayed or Unavailable Products<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.<\/span><\/p>

If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer you the option to wait for it to be restocked, select an alternative product or cancel the affected item for a full refund.<\/span><\/p>

Your statutory rights regarding delayed or unavailable deliveries remain unaffected.<\/span><\/p>

7. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

When shopping online, consumers normally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.<\/span><\/p>

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product. If an order contains several products delivered separately, the period begins after the final product has been received.<\/span><\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us before the 14 day period expires. Include your name, order number and the product you wish to return.<\/span><\/p>

After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.<\/span><\/p>

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when permitted by law, including products manufactured according to your individual instructions or clearly personalised for you. Selecting a standard colour, material or variation offered on the website does not normally make a product personalised.<\/span><\/p>

8. Condition of Returned Products<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

You may inspect a product as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop.<\/span><\/p>

You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and function. Any permitted deduction will reflect the actual reduction in value.<\/span><\/p>

Where possible, products should be returned securely in their original packaging. The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal, but you are responsible for packaging the product safely for return transport.<\/span><\/p>

9. Return Costs and Refunds<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising your right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>

Return shipping for furniture and other large items can be expensive. The applicable return arrangements and estimated costs will be provided where required before the purchase or when you contact us about the return.<\/span><\/p>

We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.<\/span><\/p>

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back.<\/span><\/p>

Refunds will normally be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>

10. Complaints and Defective Products<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

You have the right to make a complaint about an original defect for up to three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.<\/span><\/p>

You must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. A complaint submitted within two months of discovering the defect is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.<\/span><\/p>

    We are responsible for the product until it has been delivered to you, unless you independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer.<\/span><\/p>

    If you notice visible damage when receiving your order, document the damage with photographs and contact us as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>

    Please retain the product and its packaging until we have reviewed the matter and provided further instructions.<\/span><\/p>

    12. Uncollected or Undeliverable Parcels<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

    You are responsible for collecting your parcel within the period specified by the carrier and for providing accurate delivery information.<\/span><\/p>

    If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, delivery was refused without a valid legal reason, or the delivery information was incorrect, we may charge a reasonable fee reflecting our actual return shipping and handling costs.<\/span><\/p>

    An uncollected parcel is not automatically treated as an exercise of the right of withdrawal. You must clearly inform us if you wish to cancel your purchase.<\/span><\/p>

    13. Events Beyond Our Control<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

    We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
